SolKer is a free-to-enter, play-money poker platform offered for entertainment. By creating an account or using SolKer you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use SolKer. You are responsible for ensuring that participating in free-to-play poker and receiving cryptocurrency prizes is lawful where you live. We may restrict or refuse access where prohibited by law.
2. No Buy-Ins, No Deposits, No Wagering
SolKer never charges an entry fee and never accepts deposits, buy-ins, or wagers of real money. All gameplay is conducted with virtual play chips that have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or transferred for cash. Play chips are a license to use a feature of the platform, not your property.
3. Game Modes
SolKer offers three modes: hourly Freeroll Tournaments, matchmade Head-to-Head matches, and 3-handed Spin & Go games. We may add, modify, schedule, or remove modes, tables, blinds, and prize structures at any time.
4. Prizes
Certain competitions may award prizes paid in SOL. Prizes are funded from platform token fees and are awarded at our discretion. The $POKER token and live on-chain payouts are not yet active; until they launch, prizes you earn are recorded as pending and are not guaranteed to be paid. To receive any prize you must link and verify an eligible Solana wallet, provide any required information, and comply with these Terms. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and may be subject to your own tax obligations.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials and linked wallet secure. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Fair Play
All shuffling, dealing, and chip movements are server-authoritative. The following are strictly prohibited: collusion, chip dumping, using bots or automated assistance, multi-accounting, exploiting bugs, and any attempt to manipulate matchmaking, hands, or prizes. We may void results, withhold prizes, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair-play rules, at our sole discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to disrupt or attack the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, harass other users, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
SolKer and its branding, software, and content are owned by SolKer or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
9. Disclaimers
SolKer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Transactions settle on the Solana mainnet and are irreversible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the value, timing, or existence of any token or prize.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolKer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform, play chips, wallets, or cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and transactions are irreversible.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using SolKer at any time.
